NB - Terms

“On-site visits” refer to cases where the client resides at a facility the physiotherapist is already

attending. Summit Physio does regularly attend a number of Aged Residential Facilities across

Christchurch and Rangiora. This opportune arrangement can help reduce costs. We’ll let you

know if this applies.

“ACC” – a client has an injury covered by an active Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC)

claim.
