FOR FACILITIES & PROVIDERS

Physiotherapy for Aged Care Facilities and Providers.

At Summit Physio we have over 15 years of experience delivering physiotherapy within aged residential care, hospital-level care, dementia, and psychogeriatric settings.

Our experienced physiotherapists work across community rehabilitation, neurological conditions, disability, injuries, and aged care. We also partner with aged residential care facilities to deliver flexible physiotherapy models tailored to each facility’s specific needs and operational expectations. We work collaboratively with facilities and families to identify where physiotherapy input will have the greatest impact and how best to utilise available funding streams, including ACC, public health services, and private physiotherapy options.

While we operate mainly across Canterbury, we are also able to support facilities throughout wider South Island centres.
